Remaining wet in much of northern Europe, turning colder too, but drier to the south
It remains very warm and sunny across Spain and Portugal today as temperatures reach the high 20s and low 30s in the south. A cloudy, wet day to come for France, The Low Countries into most of Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
This rain will be heavy. Colder across Scandinavia with a dry day for Norway and Sweden while across Finland expect outbreaks of rain and snow with rain across Denmark. Rain and snow will fall also across Russia with rain and showers across the Baltic States into Belarus and the Ukraine.
Most of the Adriatic Region along with Italy, Bulgaria and Greece will be dry. It continued unsettled and showery today across Turkey and the eastern Mediterranean. It will be very windy across the south of France and across into the central Mediterranean.
A fair day in Spain and Portugal with good spells of sunshine. This sunshine extends into the Balearics. Cool in Italy but mostly dry, although there could be some showers in the north. Showers for western Greece. Turkey should be dry with sunny spells.
Cloud and outbreaks of rain in northern France, but drier to the south. A windy and cold day in the Low Countries and Germany as well as Poland with more rain and showers here. Rather cloudy with more showers or rain in Austria, Hungary and Switzerland.
A cold day in Denmark with showers in the west but dry to the east. Low pressure brings cloud and rain or sleet in the Baltic States, and this may extend into southern Finland too. Mostly fair in Norway with broken cloud, some showers in the south. Wintry showers affecting western Norway.
