Wet across western Europe, dry across the Balkans

Today
Wet with outbreaks of rain across eastern Britain this extends across northern France into northern Spain with heavy showers across Portugal. Fair and dry across eastern Spain across into the Balearics, central and southern France, Sardinia and Italy. Expect a good deal of dry weather across the Low Countries into Germany, Poland and the Baltic States. Cold with outbreaks of snow expected across Norway while rain affects Sweden. Mainly dry across Finland and much of Russia where temperatures will remain below freezing. Light snow is forecast across the Ukraine. Fine, dry and sunny across the Adriatic Region. Dry across Hungry, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Romania but dense fog may persist for much of the day. Fine and dry across Greece with most of Turkey dry as well. Scattered showers will affect the far eastern Mediterranean. Very windy across the western Mediterranean, Biscay and the Aegean.

A colder but dry day to come across much of England. Cloudy across France with outbreaks of rain. Fair and dry across Belgium and Holland with rain clearing Denmark. An area of rain affects Sweden and northern Germany, this heavy across Sweden while heavy snow falls across Norway. Cold, dry and cloudy across Finland. Much of central and eastern parts of Europe should be cold but dry. It continues fine and dry across the Adriatic Region and the Balkans. Scattered showers, a few heavy to come across the eastern Mediterranean. Another fine, mostly sunny day is expected across Italy and Turkey while some rain and showers affects the western Mediterranean and eastern Spain. Fair and largely dry across western Spain and Portugal.
