Heavy showers in central areas, chilly and showery to the north

Sunday
Fine and sunny in Portugal and Spain on Sunday. More sunshine to come across the Balearics as well as Corsica and Sardinia. Sunny and very warm in most of Italy, although some heavy thunderstorms breaking out in the far north. Greece and Turkey will be dry with lots of sunshine and it should be very warm here too.
Showers and some rain in the far north of France but central and southern areas will be dry. More showers and heavy rain to come over parts of the Low Countries and Germany with some torrential downpours possible across Switzerland, Austria and Hungary. Further heavy thunderstorms in the far south of Poland, but drier in northern areas of Poland.
Sunny spells and some showers for Denmark. Breezy in the Baltic States with some showers in the west. Heavier showers for Finland, some of them thundery. Swede will be having a mix of sunshine and showers too, with further showers affeting the north and west of Sweden.

Monday
Thunderstorms developing over eastern coasts of Spain today. Most of the rest of Iberia should be dry with lots of sunshine. More sunshine in Majorca and Ibiza as well as Menorca, Italy should be fine and warm with lots of sunshine. More sunshine to come across Greece and Turkey.
Fair in southern France. Northern France will have showery periods of rain and will feel much cooler. More showers and cooler conditions over northern Germany, with heavier showers in central and southern areas. Poland will have some showers too, Hungary should be bright with occasional showers, although these heavier and more frequent in Switzerland.
Sunshine and a few showers for Denmark. Rain and cloud affecting the Baltic States with some rain in western Finland. Much of Sweden should be dry and bright. Dry in the south of Sweden but some rain and colder conditions to the north.
