Heavy thunderstorms in south, fair in north
Much of Spain should be dry, fine and hot, though with developing heavy and thundery showers in the north. A largely dry day for Portugal but cloud is likely to build. Dry with sunshine across the Balearics. Scattered heavy showers expected across Italy. A few showers in Greece but most staying dry here as well as Turkey.
Scattered showers across France, isolated in the north. Feeling very warm. Heavy showers still affecting parts of Switzerland and Austria. Germany also seeing developing isolated showers though most should stay dry. Dry with sunny spells over the Low Countries. Poland more unsettled today with some showers about.
Another dry day for Denmark and the Baltics region. Much of Norway, Sweden and Finland will also be dry with sunny spells, though the far north here cloudy for a time with the risk of patchy rain.
Unsettled in Spain and Portugal today. Rain and showers in central and northern Spain as well as Portugal. Some rain and showers pushing into the Balearics. Scattered showers in Corsica and Sardinia. Heavier showers in Italy, some thunderstorms in the south. Greece and Turkey will be dry and bright with sunny spells.
Some showers in southern France. Fair for most areas with sunny spells and dry too. Fair for the Low Countries although showers in the west and south of Germany. Drier in northern Germany with sunny spells. Further showers for southern Poland, dry in the north. Heavy thunderstorms and a risk of rain in Hungary and Austria, scattered heavy showers in Switzerland.
Fair under high pressure in Denmark. More sunshine to come through the Baltic States. Sunny spells and dry in Finland and most of Sweden. Some showers in northern Norway, fair to the south.
